Na’Quel is an organizer and educator inspired by the Black radical tradition. She has spent over a decade organizing around police brutality and building community power through political education. Na’Quel graduated from the University of Washington where she double majored in Political Science and Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies. She was a recipient of the Herring Phelps Award for Scholarly Activism. She also holds a Masters in Teaching and is a former English and Social Studies elementary school teacher. Revolutionary love fuels her work and commitment to community liberation.
