Collective Justice

Ye Qing Jiang | Facilitator

Ye Qing Jiang is a queer, genderqueer, Chinese American raised in the Bay Area, nurtured in San Diego, and currently finding roots in the PNW. Ye Qing’s background spans queer/trans people of color community building, basement kombucha brewing, fostering educational equity with and for youth of color, Thai food server/spring roll wrangling, and harm reduction domestic violence advocacy with and for houseless survivors. Ye Qing enters this work as a survivor of interpersonal and systemic violence. They bring with them presence, clarity, humility, curiosity, and creativity when imagining worlds where we are all integral to one another’s healing. Ye Qing graduated from the University of California San Diego with a double BA in Writing & Gender Studies as well as the University of Washington with an MA in Cultural Studies. Outside of this work, Ye Qing enjoys mall-ratting with friends, exploring recipes off their TikTok feed, weightlifting, and going on hot-girl walks.
